Altus Property Venture, Inc.’s (APVI) Investor Relations Program aims to ensure accurate and timely communication of disclosable information, financial and operational performance, and strategic direction related to the company to the investing public, analysts, fund managers, partners, media, and financial institutions.
Objectives:
- To be an effective conduit between APVI's internal management and stakeholders and its local and foreign investors, the financial community, regulators, media, and the general public;
- To engage in active participation and constant communication with investors to enrich their understanding of APVI's current performance and long-term plans, enabling them to make sound investment decisions on our stock;
- To ensure that the stock price reflects the fundamental value and performance of the company.
Part of the Investor Relations Program (IR Program) is to institutionalize platforms and activities which will allow current and future investors to gain access to the Investor Relations Office of APVI (IR Office), keeping them abreast with the company’s latest updates.
The IR Office will be headed by an Investor Relations Officer (IRO). The IRO will be responsible for receiving and responding to investor and shareholder queries. In addition, it will oversee most aspects of the Company’s shareholder meetings, press conferences, investor briefings, non-deal roadshows, one-on-one or group meetings, conference calls and management of the investor relations portion of the Company’s website and the preparation of its annual reports. The IRO will also be responsible for conveying information such as the Company’s policy on corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, as well as other qualitative aspects of the Company’s operations and performance.
Through APVI’s company website, retail and institutional investors may find all relevant disclosed information and materials, which the IR office regularly reviews and maintains. As a listed company, APVI complies with reportorial requirements of the PSE and SEC and these are reflected in the company’s official website.
